By accessing or using the Elite Recovery website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use the Services.
Elite Recovery provides solar contract cancellation consulting services, including but not limited to contract review and analysis, consumer protection advocacy, legal documentation support, loan and financing resolution assistance, and dedicated case management. Our Services are consulting and advocacy services; we are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation. Where legal counsel is needed, we will refer you to a qualified attorney.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
As a client of Elite Recovery, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your solar contract, financing terms, and related circumstances. You agree to respond to communications from your assigned Case Manager in a timely manner and to refrain from independently contacting your solar provider regarding your case without prior coordination with Elite Recovery, as doing so may compromise our advocacy efforts on your behalf.
Service fees will be disclosed to you before case acceptance. Elite Recovery offers a money-back guarantee under the terms specified in your individual service agreement. Payment terms, refund eligibility, and any applicable conditions are outlined in the service agreement provided at the time of case acceptance.
While Elite Recovery maintains a high resolution rate and is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for every client, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific result. Each case is unique, and outcomes depend on a variety of factors including the terms of your solar contract, applicable laws, and the cooperation of third parties. Our money-back guarantee applies only under the conditions set forth in your service agreement.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Elite Recovery or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Recovery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Utah, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
Elite Recovery reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
